College Compass is a web-based service that helps students to identify ideal careers based upon their personality. Through the use of a personality assessment, College Compass provides a list of matching careers and enables students to fully explore the careers as well as paths to the career. College Compass tracks student progress through the various modules and provides detailed reports for Counselors, Teachers and Leaders.
